Owner Private Boxes

With a 60-days contract period, the project consisted of alteration & addition, demolition and interior renovation works. The 28,000 sq ft venue included an opening dining area; private rooms; buffet area; betting counters; conservatory dining area; reception lobby area; and a back of house kitchen. Designed by Inarc Design, the project won International Asia Pacific Property Awards’ Best Leisure Interior in Hong Kong for 2013-2014. With marble sourced from Italy, the highlight of the project was the craftsmanship of the masonry works and the unique buffet area with a concave acoustic ceiling.
