Derby Restaurant & Bar

The Derby restaurant and bar was completed in 2003 and won the International Property Awards Asia Pacific for Best Leisure Interior in 2012-2013. The 25,000 sq ft restaurant space was split in two floors with a general dining area, private function rooms, open bar and a cigar room. Some highlight features included the backlit onyx marble bar counter, custom made wine cellar and the internal staircase that connected the bar and restaurant.
