Designed by award winning design studio KRAKHOF, the project was awarded by A&D Trophy for best Office Design in 2017. The project scope consisted of demolition and interior renovation for the top two floor office space along with recladding for an internal staircase; refurbishment of the ground floor lobby area; entry portals remodeling; and elevator fitting out works. An extraordinary 15-meter atrium space and a spiral staircase as the center piece – this was a challenging yet rewarding project that incorporated a unique take on an office space. With a 4-month timeframe, we transformed a 25 years old hospitality space into one of the most forefront office renovations in town.
