Owners, Stewards, Voting Members & Judges Box Facilities

Taking place over an intensive summer with projects at both Happy Valley and Shatin racecourses, this project spans across 40,000 sq ft and took 63-days to complete. The place provided a luxurious environment for the ultimate VIPs, complete with open dining, private rooms, open bar, betting corridor and a lounge area. To enable a smooth delivery, majority of the fit-out works such as the feature concave acoustic ceiling was prefabricated off-site to shorten the on-site installation time.
