Situated in the heart of Wan Chai, this design and build project’s goal is to revitalize a 90s commercial building with New York’s Fifth Avenue in mind. The project scope consisted of 18 floors of office space including transforming 57 hotel rooms into offices, the ground floor lobby, lift cars and façade upgrade.
