Pak Hop

The project took 47 days from demolition to completion. The fast-track programme included demolition for the existing restaurant space and interior fit-out works for a 30,000 sq ft space with two restaurants and a full size back of house kitchen and staff area. A classic venue at the club, the Pak Hop restaurant was due for a revamp. Designed by Kinney Chan & Associates, the restaurant was transformed into one of the most popular race day Chinese eateries with unique private rooms, semi-private areas and secluded booths with a view of the racecourse.
